WATER – The factory has a Zero Liquid Discharge effluent treatment plant and harvests rainwater on the buildings’ roof.
ENERGY USE – Highly efficient LED lights are used and sewing machines are controlled by servo drive that protects motor life and conserves electricity use by 60%.
DYEING – Factory dyeing machines are latest technology and use water four times more efficiently than average Bangladesh plants. These machines also have inbuilt heat recovery systems that save considerable energy.
