90%’s manufacturing facility in Gazipur, Bangladesh, is owned by their co-founder Shafiq Hassan.

The factory focus on efficiency, productivity and worker welfare makes it an industry-leading production partner.

Pioneering ethical practices help to safeguard and improve the wellbeing of the growing workforce, while sustainable processes produce excellent quality clothing without compromising the environment or our values.

The factory us the first in Bangladesh to offer health insurance for all workers and their family members as well as paternity and maternity leave.

Each day, it offers a free hot lunch, on-site GP and childcare. It also provides female workers with personal and professional support and development, as well as sanitary products and reproductive health training.

WATER – The factory has a Zero Liquid Discharge effluent treatment plant and harvests rainwater on the buildings’ roof.

ENERGY USE – Highly efficient LED lights are used  and sewing machines are controlled by servo drive that protects motor life and conserves electricity use by 60%.

DYEING – Factory dyeing machines are latest technology and use water four times more efficiently than average Bangladesh plants. These machines also have inbuilt heat recovery systems that save considerable energy.
